What is atmPvcVccStatsOutCellCountHiB?
This OID stores the high 32 bits of the outbound cell counter for the B-to-A direction (the reply path) of an ATM PVC. Engineers monitor this to ensure data can successfully flow back through the circuit in both directions, critical for request-response services. If this counter remains static while the corresponding input counter (InCellCountHiA) keeps climbing, the circuit may have a one-way failure on the return path.
