What is atmPvcVccStatsInCellCountLoB?

This OID provides the low 32 bits of the incoming cell counter for the B-to-A direction of an ATM PVC, completing the 64-bit measurement of inbound traffic when paired with InCellCountHiB. Network operators use this to track total data volume arriving on the circuit and to identify sudden traffic drops that might signal link degradation. If this counter is advancing at a normal rate, the return path is operational.
