What is atmPvcVccStatsInCellCountLoA?
This OID stores the low 32-bit portion of a 64-bit counter for valid ATM cells transmitted on the PVC (Integer32), used for output billing and traffic analysis. Combined with the high 32-bit counter, it represents the complete egress cell count for charging and auditing purposes. atmPvcVccStatsInCellCountLoA = 1,000,000,000 on a busy PVC would combine with the high counter to give the total transmitted cells.
