What is atmPvcVccStatsInCellCountHiA?

This OID stores the high 32-bit portion of a 64-bit counter for valid ATM cells received on the PVC (Integer32). Combined with the corresponding low 32-bit counter, this gives the complete count of cells that entered the permanent virtual circuit and passed validation checks. On a high-throughput link, atmPvcVccStatsInCellCountHiA will be non-zero to represent billions of input cells.
