What is atmPvcVccPeakCellRateB2A?

This Integer32 value stores the maximum number of ATM cells per second that can be transmitted from side B to side A on this connection. A network engineer sets this to enforce traffic shaping and prevent one circuit from overwhelming the network link. For example, setting this to 1,000 cells/second means the circuit will never exceed roughly 47 Mbps (1,000 cells × 48 bytes/cell).
