What is atmPvcVccMaxBurstSizeA2B?

This OID sets the maximum number of consecutive cells that can be sent at peak rate before the rate limiter engages. Network engineers increase this to allow bursty applications (like file transfers) to send more data in quick bursts, while keeping sustained rates controlled. For example, a value of 100 cells means the circuit can briefly send up to 100 cells at peak rate before settling back to sustained rate.
