Description: VPI value for the ilmi channel for the PNNI interface.

What is atmPnniVpiIlmi?

This OID stores the Virtual Path Identifier assigned to the ILMI signaling channel on a PNNI interface, configurable from 0 to 255. This setting must match the remote peer's ILMI VPI so the two ends can establish a control connection for link management and peer discovery. Setting this to 0 is a common convention that reserves VPI 0 on both sides for ILMI protocol operations.
