What is atmPnniUbrMaxCellRate?
This OID sets the maximum cell rate (Integer32) that UBR connections can collectively use on this interface. Network engineers configure this ceiling to prevent best-effort traffic from consuming all available bandwidth and interfering with reserved services. A value of 75000 ensures UBR traffic is capped at 75,000 cells per second, leaving bandwidth for CBR and VBR.
