What is atmPnniUPCSupp?

This OID is a flag that enables Usage Parameter Control, a policing mechanism that enforces traffic contracts on this interface. Network engineers turn this on to automatically drop or deprioritize traffic that exceeds negotiated parameters. When active, any connection sending faster or with different characteristics than negotiated gets penalized immediately.
