What is atmPnniT399?
This timer (in seconds) manages the maximum wait time for the PNNI interface when processing call disconnect and connection release messages from the network. Engineers increase this on networks with unreliable links where disconnection messages might arrive late or be delayed. For example, setting it to 18 means the interface allows 18 seconds for disconnection notifications to be fully processed.
