Description: Timer T398 value - seconds

What is atmPnniT398?

This timer (in seconds) controls the timeout period for the PNNI interface when waiting for responses to resource allocation requests during call setup. You adjust this on networks where bandwidth reservation takes variable amounts of time depending on network conditions. For example, setting it to 12 means the interface waits 12 seconds for a resource allocation response.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.1751.2.18.5.16.1.17
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> ACMIB::atmPnniT398

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.1751.2.18.5.16.1.17.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> ACMIB::atmPnniT398.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.1751.2.18.5.16.1.17.1 i <value>
