What is atmPnniT316?
This timer (in seconds) controls how long the PNNI interface waits after detecting a link failure before attempting to reroute the call through an alternate path. Network engineers tune this to balance between fast failover and avoiding excessive rerouting attempts on unstable links. For example, setting it to 5 means the interface waits 5 seconds after detecting a failure before trying an alternate route.
