Description: The upper bound of the VPI for SVC connections.

What is atmPnniSvcMaxVpi?

This stores the maximum Virtual Path Identifier number (0-4095) that can be assigned to switched virtual circuit connections on this PNNI interface. You configure this when setting up ATM networks to define the upper limit of VPI values available for dynamic call setup. For example, setting it to 100 means SVC connections can only use VPI numbers from 0 to 100, reserving higher values for other purposes.
