What is atmPnniSgnlEnabled?

This OID is a flag that enables or disables ATM signaling on this PNNI interface. Network engineers turn this on to activate the call setup protocols and PNNI routing exchanges that allow dynamic connection establishment. When disabled, no new switched connections can be created; only permanent connections remain active.
