Description: The lower bound of the actual VCI for SVC connections.

What is atmPnniRemoteSvcMinVci?

This OID stores the lower boundary of Virtual Circuit Identifiers (VCIs) allocated for switched virtual connections to remote PNNI peers, ranging from 32 to 65535. Engineers use this value to understand which VCIs are reserved for data connections and to prevent allocation conflicts with other circuit types. A value of 32 indicates that VCIs 0-31 are reserved for other uses (such as management), and SVC circuits start at 32.
