What is atmPnniOperStatus?

This read-only value shows the actual operational state of the PNNI interface—whether it is currently 'inService' and working or 'outOfService' and unable to handle calls. Network engineers monitor this to detect when an ATM interface has failed or become unresponsive. For example, a value of 'outOfService' indicates the interface cannot currently route calls even if it's configured to be enabled.
