What is atmPnniNrtVbrVarianceFactor?
This OID controls the allowable variance (0-255) from declared traffic characteristics for NRT VBR connections. Network engineers tune this to decide whether the network strictly enforces declared traffic profiles or tolerates some deviation. A value of 25 means the actual traffic can deviate up to 25% from the original specification before being flagged as non-compliant.
