What is atmPnniNrtVbrMaxCellRate?

This OID stores the peak cell transmission rate for NRT VBR connections (like file downloads), measured in cells per second. Unlike RT VBR, NRT VBR allows higher variability and longer latencies, so peak rates can be higher relative to sustainable rates. A value of 50000 cells/second caps bandwidth used by a bulk data transfer to protect other traffic.
