What is atmPnniNrtVbrCellXerDelay?
This OID sets the maximum transfer delay acceptable for NRT VBR traffic, measured in microseconds. Since NRT VBR is non-real-time (like bulk downloads), this threshold is typically much higher than RT VBR to allow the network to use available capacity efficiently. A value of 5000000 microseconds (5 seconds) is reasonable for file transfers, whereas real-time traffic needs less than 500 milliseconds.
