What is atmPnniNrtVbrCellRateMargin?
This OID sets a safety margin (0-255) added to all calculated cell rates for NRT VBR traffic. Network engineers use this parameter to prevent connections from being rejected due to minor rounding or timing variations in rate calculations. A value of 15 adds a 15-unit buffer so that connections provisioned for 10,000 cells/sec are actually allocated 10,015 to avoid edge-case rejections.
