This OID controls the cell loss ratio threshold for NRT VBR traffic when both CLP=0 and CLP=1 (both priority levels) are combined, expressed as an Integer32. Network engineers set this parameter to allow slightly higher loss tolerance for the aggregate traffic mix compared to high-priority traffic alone. A value of 1e-6 (less strict than CLP=0-only) accommodates the lower-priority cells that can absorb more loss.
