What is atmPnniCbrMaxCellRate?
This stores the maximum number of ATM cells per second that the PNNI interface can handle for Constant Bit Rate connections (measured in cells/sec). You set this based on the physical capacity of your ATM link to prevent oversubscribing more bandwidth to CBR services than the link can support. For example, setting it to 50000 means the interface can accept CBR calls totaling no more than 50,000 cells per second.
