What is atmPnniCbrGcacClpEqualZero?
This controls whether the advertised available capacity for CBR traffic applies only to high-priority cells (CLP=0) or to all cells including lower-priority ones (CLP=0+1). Network engineers configure this to determine how the interface allocates limited bandwidth when congestion occurs. For example, setting it to 'clpEqualZero' means bandwidth guarantees apply only to high-priority traffic, and lower-priority cells will be dropped first during congestion.
