This OID defines the maximum acceptable cell loss rate for high-priority CBR traffic marked with CLP=0 (Cell Loss Priority 0), expressed as a ratio or percentage. Network engineers configure this to ensure critical voice and video traffic experiences minimal packet drops, even during congestion. A value of 0 means zero cell loss is guaranteed; a value like 1 in 10,000,000 means no more than one cell may be lost per 10 million cells transmitted.
