What is atmPnniCbrAvailCellRate?
This stores the current available bandwidth capacity (in cells per second) remaining for new Constant Bit Rate connections on the PNNI interface. Network engineers monitor this value to determine whether there is enough capacity to accept new high-priority voice, video, or other real-time calls. For example, if this shows 20000, the interface can still accept up to 20,000 additional cells per second of CBR traffic before reaching its maximum.
