This read-only OID reports the currently available bandwidth (Integer32, cells per second) in the egress direction leaving this interface. Network engineers use this metric to track outbound capacity and identify when the link is becoming congested. A value of 45000 shows that 45,000 cells per second of egress capacity remains before saturation.
