What is atmPnniAbrMaxCellRate?

This OID specifies the maximum cell transmission rate (Integer32, cells per second) available for all ABR connections on this interface. Network engineers set this limit to ensure ABR traffic does not consume all bandwidth and starve real-time services. A value of 100000 reserves exactly 100,000 cells per second for ABR traffic across all ABR connections combined.
