What is atmIispT399?
This OID stores the T399 signaling timer value in seconds, which controls the timeout between retransmissions of setup messages during call establishment (per ITU-T Q.931). Network engineers tune this to optimize connection establishment speed and reliability on their network. For example, a value of 3 seconds means the system will resend the setup message every 3 seconds if it doesn't receive an acknowledgment.
