What is atmIispT310?
This OID stores the T310 signaling timer value in seconds, which is the timeout for waiting for a 'connect' message during the call setup phase (per ITU-T Q.931). Engineers adjust this when the network is slow or unreliable and calls are timing out during the connection phase. For example, setting this to 10 seconds allows 10 seconds for the remote party to send a 'connect' before the setup attempt is abandoned.
