What is atmIispT309?
This OID stores the T309 signaling timer value in seconds, controlling the timeout for receiving heartbeat or presence indicators on the signaling connection (per ITU-T Q.931). Network engineers configure this to detect when the remote signaling endpoint has become unresponsive or unreachable. For example, a value of 30 seconds means the system will declare the signaling connection dead if no keepalive message is received for 30 seconds.
