Description: The lower bound of the VPI for SVC connections.

What is atmIispSvcMinVpi?

This OID sets the lowest Virtual Path Identifier (0-4095) that can be assigned to switched virtual connections, allowing administrators to reserve lower VPI values for permanent circuits. Network engineers configure this to prevent SVCs from using VPIs already allocated to permanent virtual paths. For example, setting it to 1 reserves VPI 0 for PVCs and ensures all new SVC assignments start from VPI 1 or higher.
