What is atmIispSvcMaxVpi?

This OID sets the highest Virtual Path Identifier (0-4095) that can be assigned to switched virtual connections, limiting the range available for dynamic SVC allocation. Network administrators use this to ensure sufficient VPI space remains for permanent circuits and future expansion. For example, setting it to 100 restricts SVC allocation to VPI values between the minimum and 100, preserving higher VPIs for PVCs or reserved use.
