What is atmIispAvailBwIgr?
This read-only OID reports the available bandwidth for the ingress direction (incoming traffic) on the ATM interface, measured in ATM cells per second. Network engineers monitor this to understand how much spare capacity exists for new connections and to plan capacity upgrades. For example, if this shows 100,000 cells/sec available and a new application needs 50,000 cells/sec, the engineer knows the interface can support the new connection.
