What is atmIfStatsValidCellsOutLo?
This holds the low 32 bits of the transmitted valid cells counter and must be read with the high word to get the full 64-bit value. Combined with the high word, this OID reveals the total amount of actual user traffic the interface has sent since the last counter reset. A low word of 100,000,000 means the interface is contributing to multi-billion-cell throughput when added to the high word.
