What is atmIfStatsValidCellsOutHi?
This holds the high 32 bits of a 64-bit counter of valid (non-null) ATM cells successfully transmitted on the interface. Operators use outbound valid cell counts to measure actual useful traffic being sent and detect if throughput is degrading. For instance, a high word of 10 indicates the interface has sent tens of billions of valid data cells.
