What is atmIfStatsValidCellsInHi?

This stores the high 32 bits of a 64-bit counter tracking valid ATM cells successfully received on this interface. Engineers use ATM cell statistics to monitor the health of ATM circuits and detect packet loss or corruption. For example, if the counter shows 2,147,483,648 (2^31), the interface has received over 9 billion cells, and when combined with the low word, reveals total throughput.
