What is atmIfStatsMismatchedCellsIn?

This counts ATM cells received where the VPI/VCI (virtual path/channel identifiers) cannot be matched to any provisioned data link connection. Mismatched cells indicate either misconfigured virtual circuits or corrupted cell headers that prevent proper routing. If this counter increments (example: 2-3 cells per day), it suggests the ATM switch configuration needs review.
