What is atmAtmSpvcVpcTrafficShapingA2B?
This OID controls whether traffic shaping (rate limiting and smoothing) is enabled for data flowing from point A to point B on the connection. Network engineers enable this to prevent bursty traffic from overwhelming the network or downstream equipment and to enforce bandwidth policies. Setting this to enabled means outbound traffic from A to B will be rate-limited and smoothed to prevent congestion.
