What is atmAtmSpvcVpcSusCellRateA2B?
This OID configures the normal sustained traffic rate (cells per second) that the connection supports continuously, separate from burst capacity. Network engineers use this to allow temporary traffic spikes above the sustained rate while keeping average consumption predictable. Example: 100,000 cells/sec sustained (373 kbps) means traffic averages there but can spike above it for short periods if burst allowance permits.
