What is atmAtmSpvcVpcStatsOutCellCountLoA?

This stores the lower 32 bits of the count of valid ATM cells successfully transmitted on the A side of the virtual path connection. Network engineers monitor this metric to verify data is being properly sent; when combined with the high-order portion, it provides the complete transmission count for billing and performance analysis. If this counter shows 1,500,000, it means 1.5 million cells were successfully transmitted on that path (when the high-order value is 0).
