What is atmAtmSpvcVpcStatsInCellCountLoA?
This counter stores the lower 32 bits of total valid cells received on side A, completing the 64-bit inbound cell count. Network engineers combine this with the high-order counter to get the full traffic volume—each cell represents a 53-byte ATM frame. For example, if LoA reads 3,000,000,000 and HiA is 0, then 3 billion cells arrived on that endpoint since the counter started.
