What is atmAtmSpvcVpcStatsInCellCountHiB?

This stores the upper 32 bits of the count of valid ATM cells received on the B side of the virtual path connection. Engineers use this to track incoming traffic volume and detect packet loss; the high-order portion allows the counter to exceed 32-bit limits for long-term statistics collection. A high-order value of 5 combined with its low-order counterpart means approximately 5 billion cells have been received on the B side.
