What is atmAtmSpvcVpcPeakCellRateB2A?

This OID sets the peak cell rate limit in the reverse direction (side B to A), in cells per second, enforcing asymmetric speed limits. Use this when your trunk (side B) has different speed constraints than your local port (side A). Example: if the trunk is slower than the port, set a lower peak rate for B-to-A (maybe 176,600 cells/sec for 750 kbps) while allowing more on A-to-B.
