What is atmAtmSpvcVccType?

This OID identifies the circuit provisioning mode—whether it is a permanent virtual circuit (PVC), switched virtual circuit (SVC), or soft permanent virtual circuit (SPVC). Network engineers use this to understand how the circuit is managed: PVC is statically configured, SVC is dynamically signaled, and SPVC is provisioned at setup but can be torn down dynamically. For example, a value of SPVC indicates this is a soft permanent circuit that the equipment sets up once then maintains until explicitly removed.
