What is atmAtmSpvcVccStatsTimer?

This OID records how many seconds the ATM virtual circuit has been actively collecting statistics since monitoring started (an integer counter in seconds). Network engineers use this to determine how long the stats have been running and whether the collected data is fresh or stale. For example, a value of 3600 means statistics have been gathering for one hour, so you can trust the data covers at least that period.
