Description: A maximum limit on how many retries should be attempted. A value of 0 indicates no limit.

What is atmAtmSpvcVccRetryLimit?

This OID sets the maximum number of retry attempts (0 to 65535) the system will make before abandoning efforts to establish a soft PVC connection. Engineers configure this to prevent resource waste from infinite retry loops on permanently broken connections. For example, setting to 5 means the system stops trying after 5 consecutive failures, while 0 disables the limit and allows infinite retries.
