What is atmArpEntryRowStatus?

This OID controls the lifecycle of an ATM ARP table entry, allowing engineers to create, activate, or delete address mappings. Engineers use this when they need to add a new host to the ATM ARP table or remove one that is no longer reachable. Setting this to createAndGo (4) creates a new entry and makes it operational immediately.
