What is arp1EntryAge?

This OID stores how long (in seconds) an ARP cache entry has existed on the network device. Network engineers monitor this value to understand how stale cached MAC-to-IP mappings are and whether they need to be refreshed. For example, a value of 1800 means the ARP entry has been cached for 30 minutes.
