What is appIpRouteState?

This read-only OID indicates whether a route is currently active, inactive, or unavailable for use. Engineers monitor this to verify that configured routes are operational and traffic can flow as expected. A value of 1 means the route is active; a value of 2 means the route is inactive or temporarily unavailable.
