Description: Current status of the backup stratum card.
What is activeStratum?
This read-only OID identifies which stratum card is currently providing the master clock for the device (primary or backup). You monitor this to confirm automatic failover worked correctly when the primary failed, or to manually track which card is active. For example, a value of 1 means the primary stratum is active, while 2 means the backup has taken over.
